Facebook proxies: one fixed address for each profile you manage
Updated:
Facebook proxies are the network half of running several profiles safely: each antidetect browser profile gets its own HTTP(S) proxy, and that address does not change. Running many profiles from one home connection, or hopping between IPs during a session, is what sends accounts into security checkpoints. A proxy will not get you past Facebook's checks, but a stable IP in the account's own country removes many of the reasons they fire.

How one checkpoint becomes ten
Meta's integrity systems compare login IPs, the ASN type of each address, the timezone the browser reports and the cookies it carries. Accounts that sign in from the same IP are treated as related. If one of them is reviewed, the review tends to reach the others. Accounts that jump between subnets within hours look like they are being passed around, which is its own signal.
Rotating proxies make the second problem worse: every new address is an unfamiliar location. A static proxy keeps the exact same IPv4 for the whole rental, and with ProxyV4 for as long as you keep renewing.
Static ISP or private IPv4 for each kind of profile
Choose by what the account is worth and where it was registered.
| Profile | Type | Location | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aged US profiles, Marketplace sellers | Static ISP | United States | A consumer-ISP address that looks like US home broadband |
| Aged Vietnamese accounts (Via) | Static ISP | Vietnam | Vietnamese ISP registration for warming high-trust profiles |
| Page admins, group moderation, community seeding | Private IPv4 | Vietnam or Singapore | A separate address per profile at a lower price |
| Profiles registered in the UK or Japan | Private IPv4 | United Kingdom or Japan | Logins from the country the account expects, with no neighbours on the IP |
Before the first login on a new proxy
- Use an IP in the same country the account normally logs in from
- Set the profile's timezone and language to match the proxy country
- Open the WebRTC leak test in the profile; a leak shows your real address next to the proxy
- Never sign in to the same account from two IPs at the same time
Things not to do in the first days
Most checkpoints after a proxy change are self-inflicted. Changing the password or two-factor settings right after moving to a new IP looks like a takeover. Signing in to a US-registered account from an Asian IP without a warm-up looks the same. Keep the first 24–48 hours quiet: import cookies, scroll the feed, reply to a message or two.
Also keep high-value and disposable accounts apart. A Business Manager admin should never share an IP with outreach profiles that you expect to lose. If you buy ads from these accounts, the Facebook Ads proxy page covers role separation in more detail.
Step by step
- 1
Choose a static proxy in the account's region
US static ISP, Vietnam static ISP or Vietnam private IPv4 for lower-value profiles.
- 2
Check the line before it touches Facebook
Paste
ip:port:user:passinto the proxy checker to confirm it connects and shows the right country. - 3
- 4
Warm the session
Import cookies and use the account normally for 24–48 hours before any security changes.
Frequently asked questions
How many Facebook accounts can I put on one proxy?
For important accounts and Business Manager admins, one per static IP. If accounts share an IP and one is reviewed, the link pulls the others in.
Is static ISP better than datacenter IPv4 for Facebook?
Static ISP carries a consumer-ISP ASN and is the better choice for sensitive logins and Marketplace. Private datacenter IPv4 is fine for cheaper page moderation and warmed secondary profiles.
Will renewing change my IP and reset login history?
No. Renewing an active proxy keeps the same address, so the account's login history continues unbroken.
