Incogniton proxy setup in the order that keeps warm-up clean
Updated:
Incogniton proxy setup lives on the Proxy tab of a new profile: pick HTTP proxy under Connection type, enter the ip:port:user:pass details and press Check Proxy. The order matters here more than in most antidetect browsers, because Incogniton's Cookie Collector builds history for the profile, and that history should be gathered from the address the account will keep.
ip:port:user:pass- 1 IP$2.25
- 3+ IPs$2.10
- 10+ IPs$2.00
- 25+ IPs$1.90
- 50+ IPs$1.80
- 100+ IPs$1.70
- 200+ IPs$1.60
- 500+ IPs$1.50
- 1 IP$1.85
- 3+ IPs$1.70
- 10+ IPs$1.60
- 25+ IPs$1.50
- 50+ IPs$1.40
- 100+ IPs$1.30
- 200+ IPs$1.20
- 500+ IPs$1.10
Sequence for a new marketplace profile
- 1. Proxy. Attach a dedicated static IP in the country of the account. For a US eBay or Amazon store that is a United States proxy.
- 2. Fingerprint from the IP. Let the check fill timezone, geolocation and the WebRTC public IP.
- 3. Verify. Open the profile and confirm the address on My IP and the WebRTC leak test.
- 4. Cookie Collector. Only now let it browse, so its cookies come from the proxy, not your home line.
- 5. Log in. Enter passwords and billing details with Paste as Human Typing, then leave the account on that IP.
Proxy tab values
| Incogniton setting | Use | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Connection type | HTTP proxy | Our paid proxies are HTTP(S) with username and password |
| Proxy details | Host, port, username, password from your line | Credentials for the ProxyV4 proxy |
| Timezone and geolocation | Fill based on IP | Filled automatically when you press Check Proxy |
| WebRTC | Fill WebRTC public IP based on the IP | Stops the browser from revealing your local network |
Many profiles: Proxy Management
If you build profiles in bulk, store your lines in Proxy Management first. Bulk creation can then pull from that list, and each profile gets a different address. Wait for the green Connected to proxy confirmation before saving any profile; a profile saved on a failing proxy will start without the location data it needs.
Each ProxyV4 IP is rented to one customer only, so the history Cookie Collector builds is not mixed with strangers' traffic on the same address.
Automation uses the same proxy
When you start an Incogniton profile from Selenium or Puppeteer through its local automation port, the browser connects through the proxy saved on that profile. You do not pass the proxy again in your script. If you also run scrapers outside Incogniton, the Selenium setup shows how to give them their own address.
If the check fails
'Connection failed' usually means SOCKS4 or SOCKS5 is selected instead of HTTP proxy, or a character went missing from the password. Paste the line into the proxy checker: auth failed (407) points to credentials, while a timeout points to the host, port or an expired order.

Save with Create Profile, click Start, and confirm the exit IP before running Cookie Collector.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Incogniton show 'Connection failed' for my proxy?
Check that HTTP proxy is selected rather than SOCKS4/SOCKS5, then test the line in the proxy checker.
Does Incogniton's Selenium or Puppeteer launch use the profile proxy?
Yes. A profile started through the local automation port routes through the proxy saved on that profile.
Should Cookie Collector run before or after adding the proxy?
After. Cookies collected on your own connection belong to the wrong network; attach and verify the proxy first.
Which proxy suits eBay and Instagram profiles in Incogniton?
Static ISP addresses, registered to consumer providers, such as US static ISP or Vietnam static ISP.
Clean addresses for Incogniton warm-up
Static ISP and private IPv4 proxies across 7 locations, one customer per IP.
