Consumer-Registered Vietnamese IPs for Main Shops and Ad Accounts
Updated:
A Vietnam static ISP proxy is a Vietnamese IP registered to a consumer internet provider, fixed for your whole rental and used only by you. Platforms see something that looks like a normal home or office line. Choose it for the few accounts your business depends on: the main shop, the ad business manager, the profiles that took months to age.
Which Vietnamese accounts get the ISP IP
Losing a secondary seeding profile is an inconvenience. Losing a Shopee Mall store with thousands of reviews, or an ad account with a long spend history, can stop sales for weeks. Those are the accounts where the higher price of a consumer-registered IP pays for itself.
- Your main Shopee and Lazada stores, particularly those with high ratings, Preferred status or a long order history.
- TikTok Shop Vietnam seller centers and the TikTok accounts used for livestream selling. See TikTok Shop proxies.
- Facebook business managers and ad accounts with spend history, plus the personal profiles that administer them.
- Zalo Official Accounts and the Zalo numbers your sales or support team uses.
- Aged Facebook and TikTok accounts that would take months to rebuild.
ISP for the few, IPv4 for the many
Most Vietnamese sellers we work with run both static types. A typical split: two main Shopee stores and one TikTok Shop on static ISP IPs, then fifteen affiliate TikTok accounts and a competitor-price scraper on Vietnam private IPv4. The expensive IPs sit where the risk is; the cheap ones sit where the volume is.
If everything currently runs on private IPv4, moving only your top three to five accounts to ISP IPs is usually the most cost-effective upgrade. ISP vs datacenter vs residential explains why registration matters.
How static ISP compares with what you use now
Rotating Vietnam proxies are waitlist-only at the moment; for any account you log into, a static IP is the right choice regardless.
| Static ISP | Private IPv4 | Home Wi-Fi or 4G | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seen as | Home or office line | Server in a datacenter | Home line or mobile |
| Separate IP per account | Yes, dedicated | Yes, dedicated | No, every account shares it |
| Address stability | Fixed | Fixed | Changes often, 4G especially |
| Fits | Main shops, ad accounts, aged profiles | Volume accounts, tools, scraping | One personal account |
| Cost | Higher per IP | Lower per IP | Already paid, does not scale |
Moving an existing account onto an ISP IP
- Create a dedicated profile for the account in GenLogin or AdsPower and enter the proxy as HTTP with
ip:port:user:pass. - Set Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh and vi-VN, and keep that profile and fingerprint for the account from now on.
- Confirm the address with What is my IP inside the profile, then log in normally. Do not change the password, payout account or phone number in the same session.
- From then on, always use this route. Logging in sometimes through the proxy and sometimes through home Wi-Fi brings back the inconsistency you were removing.
- Renew these IPs before expiry so the account keeps its address. You can renew only them and let other IPs lapse.
What an ISP IP will not fix
- Several stores sharing one ISP IP to save money. Each store needs its own.
- Heavy automated traffic. Scrapers and mass seeding belong on private IPv4, not on the IPs your main accounts use.
- Policy violations, shared payment cards or duplicate documents. The IP removes one risk signal, not all of them.
Frequently asked questions
Is a Vietnam static ISP proxy a residential proxy?
It uses an IP registered to a consumer internet provider, as residential proxies do, but it is static and dedicated to you for the whole rental instead of rotating between users.
Can I choose the Vietnamese provider my ISP IP comes from?
No. The provider is assigned automatically from available stock.
Do TikTok Shop livestream accounts need static ISP?
For the main seller and live accounts it is the type we recommend, because the login location stays the same from one session to the next.
Will a Vietnam ISP proxy work on my phone?
Yes. Add it as an HTTP proxy with username and password in the Wi-Fi settings or a proxy app. See the Android guide.
Can I buy rotating Vietnam proxies instead?
Not yet; they are waitlist-only. You can join on the Vietnam rotating page, but for logged-in accounts a static ISP IP is the better fit anyway.
How soon after paying can I use the proxy?
Proxies are issued automatically after payment from your balance, usually within minutes, and appear under Orders in the dashboard.
