Amazon seller proxies that give each account a permanent address
Updated:
Amazon seller proxies exist because Amazon remembers every IP address that has opened Seller Central, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Merch on Demand or a buyer account, and one overlapping login can be enough to link two accounts. When one linked account is suspended, the others can follow. The fix is boring and reliable: one account, one browser profile, one static IP that nobody else uses and that does not change.

The data Amazon uses to connect accounts
Amazon looks at network data next to everything else it knows about a seller: the IPv4 address, the ASN it belongs to, WebRTC local candidates exposed by the browser, the browser fingerprint, and tax and bank details. The IP is the cheapest of these to get wrong. Two accounts opened from the same home router, or from a commercial VPN exit that a suspended seller once used, are associated before you have listed a single product.
A proxy cannot fix shared bank or tax records. What it can do is remove the network overlap, which is the part most multi-account sellers leak by accident.
Pick the location by marketplace
Keep the proxy country the same as the country where the selling entity is registered and operated. A US LLC account stays on a US address; a Vietnam-registered Global Selling account stays on a Vietnamese one.
| Account or job | Product | Location | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seller Central (US), KDP, Merch on Demand | Static ISP | United States | Registered to a US consumer ISP, so logins look like a home connection |
| Global Selling account registered in Vietnam | Static ISP | Vietnam | Vietnamese ISP address that matches the business registration |
| amazon.co.uk seller account | Private IPv4 | United Kingdom | Fixed UK address for the UK marketplace |
| Amazon Japan, ASIN and Buy Box monitoring | Private IPv4 | Japan or United States | HTTP(S) requests from the right country for catalog and price checks, with no traffic metering |
Selling accounts versus price monitoring
These are two different jobs. A seller dashboard needs one fixed address for life; changing it often brings two-step verification prompts and lockouts, so rotating proxies have no place there. Public product pages are different: watching Buy Box owners, US ZIP-code pricing or competitor ASINs is read-only work, and a batch of private IPv4 addresses in the target country handles it. Keep the two pools apart so monitoring traffic never touches an IP that a seller account depends on.
Habits that keep the separation intact
- Open Seller Central and KDP only inside the antidetect profile that holds the account's proxy, never in your everyday browser
- Run the WebRTC leak test in each new profile; a leaked local candidate undoes the proxy
- Do not reuse an address that was attached to an account Amazon has already suspended
- Renew before the expiry date; with ProxyV4 renewal keeps the exact same IPv4, so the account's login history never shows a jump
Step by step
- 1
Order one static IP per account
Choose US static ISP, Vietnam static ISP or UK private IPv4. A single IP is a valid order.
- 2
Attach it to an antidetect profile
Enter the
ip:port:user:passline as an HTTP proxy in Multilogin, GoLogin or Octo Browser. - 3
Check what Amazon will see
Open My IP inside the profile and confirm the country and that nothing leaks.
- 4
Keep the pairing for the life of the account
Log in only through that profile and renew the proxy ahead of expiry.
Frequently asked questions
My company is outside the US. Should I use a US proxy for Amazon Global Selling?
Use the country where the account is registered and operated. A Vietnam-registered account belongs on a Vietnam static ISP IP; a US LLC belongs on a US one.
Are rotating proxies OK for Seller Central?
No. Rotating IPs are only useful for public product scraping. Seller Central and KDP need a fixed address.
Does my Amazon proxy get a new IP every month?
Not if you renew it before it expires. Renewal keeps the same address.
Has someone else used my IP at the same time?
No. ProxyV4 rents each IP to a single customer for the whole rental period.
One Amazon account, one address that stays put
US and Vietnam static ISP, UK and Japan private IPv4. Live prices, per-IP ordering, renew to keep the same IPs.
