eBay proxies for sellers who run more than one store
Updated:
eBay proxies give every seller and buyer account its own fixed address, which matters because eBay checks login IPs, carrier ASNs and browser fingerprints at the exact moments sellers are most exposed: the first listing and the first payout setup. Several stores on one connection, or a login through a recycled VPN, is a well-known route to the MC011 and MC999 linked-account restrictions.
The moments eBay looks hardest
eBay stores the IPv4 used at registration, while the account is being warmed with cookies, when items are listed and when a Payoneer payout is linked. Two patterns cause trouble. A new store that connects from an IP previously tied to a restricted seller is associated with that seller. A store whose IP moves between cities during the week looks unstable. Either one can put the account on hold until it passes a manual invoice check.
A static IP in the account's own country answers both: the address is clean because ProxyV4 rents it to one customer only, and it stays the same month after month.
Matching stores to locations
| Account | Product | Location | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|---|
| US store plus its Payoneer account | Static ISP | United States | A US consumer-ISP address, close to how a home seller connects |
| ebay.co.uk store | Private IPv4 | United Kingdom | A UK address that matches the storefront's locale |
| Cross-border seller registered in Vietnam | Static ISP | Vietnam | Vietnamese ISP address consistent with the registration |
| Bidding, sold-listing and price research | Private IPv4 | United States | See US listings and auctions as a US visitor |
A new store's first week
Most first-listing suspensions follow the same script: a fresh account, a datacenter IP with a bad record, no browsing history, and a high-risk product listed on day one. Reverse each of those.
- Days 1 to 5–7: browse categories, add items to the Watchlist and make small buyer moves on the store's own static IP
- Only then publish the first listing, and start with lower-ticket items
- Log into the store's Payoneer account from the same antidetect profile and IP, never from another device
- Do not share one proxy between two seller accounts, even briefly
After launch: keep the address
An established store depends on a consistent login IP. Renew the proxy before it expires and it keeps the same address; renew only the IPs whose stores are still active and let the rest lapse. If an IP has been near a restricted account, retire it rather than reassigning it.
Step by step
- 1
Order a static IP in the account's country
- 2
Create one antidetect profile per store
Paste
ip:port:user:passinto GoLogin, Multilogin or Incogniton. - 3
Rule out WebRTC and timezone leaks
Open My IP and the WebRTC leak test inside the profile before eBay.
- 4
Warm up, then list
Build buyer history on the static IP for several days before listing higher-priced stock.
Frequently asked questions
Why was my eBay account suspended straight after the first listing?
Typically a new account listed risky products right away from a flagged datacenter IP with no browsing cookies. Warming the profile on a static ISP proxy first reduces that friction.
Can Payoneer use the same proxy as my eBay store?
Yes, and it should. Opening the paired Payoneer account in the same profile on the same IP keeps the location data of both services consistent.
Is a rotating proxy OK for Seller Hub?
No. Changing IP during a Seller Hub session triggers security locks. Use a fixed static IP.
