Google Ads proxies that keep every ad account on an untouched IP
Updated:
Google Ads proxies are about history: Google links ad accounts through the Gmail logins, Google Pay billing profiles and Ads sessions they share, and an IP that has been near a suspended account carries that record forward. After a 'Circumventing Systems' or 'Suspicious Payments' suspension, new accounts opened from the same address are flagged automatically. Starting each account on its own static ISP IP, rented to you alone, avoids inheriting someone else's past.
Google sees the whole account, not just Ads
Google's fraud signals are shared across Search, Gmail, YouTube and Google Pay. An ad account is judged together with the Google account behind it, and the IP that account has used everywhere. Logging in through a shared VPN or a cloud hosting range raises the risk score at the two checkpoints that matter most for advertisers: payment verification and advertiser identity verification.
A static ISP proxy routes the browser through an address registered to a consumer ISP in the United States or Vietnam, and the address stays constant from the first Gmail login to the hundredth campaign.
What to buy for each account type
| Account | Product | Location | Benefit |
|---|---|---|---|
| US advertiser with US billing | Static ISP | United States | US consumer-ISP IP that matches the payment profile and timezone |
| Advertiser with a Vietnamese bank card | Static ISP | Vietnam | Vietnamese ISP address aligned with local cards |
| Agency accounts for APAC clients | Private IPv4 | Singapore or Japan | A fixed address in a regional business hub |
| Checking live ads and SERPs by country | Private IPv4 | Any of the 7 locations on the proxy hub | See placements and extensions as a local searcher would |
Order of operations for a new account
Most Suspicious Payments suspensions share a pattern: a brand-new IP, a first login, and a card added minutes later, sometimes from a datacenter or VPN range, sometimes with the card issued in another country. Slow the sequence down.
- Run the WebRTC leak test in the new profile before signing in to Google
- Use the Google account normally on its static ISP IP for 3–5 days: Search, YouTube, Gmail
- Create the Google Ads account only after that, then add billing
- Keep proxy country, browser timezone and card-issuing country identical
After a suspension
Treat the IP as spent. Once an account is flagged for Circumventing Systems, its address is associated with that account in Google's risk graph, and any new account opened from it starts flagged. Buy a fresh proxy for the new account rather than reusing the old one; with ProxyV4 you can order a single IP when you need it.
If you test aggressive verticals, do not stack the risky accounts under one MCC on shared infrastructure. Give each its own antidetect profile and its own static ISP IP, so one suspension stays one suspension.
Step by step
- 1
Buy a static ISP IP in the billing country
- 2
Create a fresh antidetect profile
Enter
ip:port:user:passin Octo Browser, AdsPower or Multilogin. - 3
Rule out leaks
Run the WebRTC leak test and check the IP blacklist check before opening Google.
- 4
Warm the Google account, then add billing
Several days of ordinary use before payment methods or campaigns.
Frequently asked questions
Why did Google Ads suspend me for Suspicious Payments right after I added a card?
The usual causes are a login IP in a datacenter or VPN range, an IP in a different country from the card, or billing added minutes after the first login from a new IP.
Can I keep using a proxy after a Circumventing Systems suspension?
No. The address is now tied to the suspended account. Use a new proxy for any new account.
Should high-risk test accounts sit under one MCC?
Isolate them instead: one antidetect profile and one static ISP IP per account, so a single suspension cannot taint the MCC.
Does renewing give me a different IP?
No. Renew before expiry and the account keeps its address.
